Add to Address Book

 

The only way to be sure you receive all of your travel insurance information from Generali Global Assistance is to add marketing@noreply.generalitravelinsurance.com to your email address book or safe sender list.

You can find instructions for common email service providers below: 

Gmail

  • Drag our email message into your Primary tab
  • Select “Yes” when prompted to “do this for future messages from noreply@generalitravelinsurance.com”

Apple Mail

  • Press noreply@generalitravelinsurance.com in the “From” field
  • Select “Add to Contacts”

Outlook

  • Click the yellow information bar in the email header
  • Select “Add Sender to Safe Senders list”

Yahoo! Mail

  • Click “+” next to our name
  • Select “Add to Contacts” and save

AOL Mail

  • Click our name in the From field of the email preview pane
  • Select “Add Contact” from the menu
