CSA Travel Protection Wins Travel Weekly Magellan Award
CSA Travel Protection (CSA) owned by Europ Assistance Group, a global leader in assistance and insurance products and services, today announced that it received a Travel Weekly Magellan Awards Silver in the Travel Agent Organizations, Overall Travel Insurance category for its ePartners online tool.
In early 2014, CSA Travel Protection launched a new online tool for many travel agent partners appropriately called ePartners, which allows them to easily manage travel insurance transactions. The ePartners platform gives agents the autonomy to modify their clients' travel insurance plans as needed as well as run reports to ensure they've received the right commission for the policies they've sold and to monitor clients' paid claims during designated time frames.
